We called four different contractors to get quotes for replacing our parking lot. Two never showed up for scheduled appointments. One showed up and gave me a price right on the spot, but he never measured anything, and the price quoted was so low, that even I new he couldn't perform the work properly at the price quoted. Then I met Scott at SBF. He was prompt, thorough, and I was extremely impressed with the way he did business. Shortly after he left, I received a call from Cassandra(his wife)to get my contact information. It wasn't long after that that i received an email with my quote. It was very reasonable, and although we have not "pulled the trigger" on the project yet, there is no doubt about our choice of contractors. SBF is a locally owned, family business that has gained our trust. If your looking for driveway or parking lot work. I would highly recommend talking to these folks before you make a decision to use anyone else.

SBF Construction really went above and beyond. We got our driveway done and when I say it brings value to our home I really mean it. I know usually with construction companies they take forever but when the guys came to do the driveway they were fast, efficient, and polite! Since we basically made our own driveway(constantly parking in the same spot on the grass) it’s made pulling up to our house smoother and we don’t have to worry about grass dying anymore. I also didn’t even know they finished until I went to check on the progress and saw that they left. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Got with several companies before choosing this one. They did not come back with the cheapest bid, they also were not the highest. But they did come with several recommendations from people I trusted. Scott and his crew resurfaced our parking lot and then we used them for some concrete repair we needed as well. They did a great job well within the time frame they gave us. 10/10 would recommend for any job in their scope of work. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and I truly believe they did work that was well worth their price.

My wife and I built our home in Salado Texas over 20 years ago. At that time we decided to have our builder install a crushed granite driveway leading from the road directly to the garage with a semi circular driveway in front. Our lot has a gentle slope from west to east resulting in significant amounts of our driveway washing into our east lot. This is what led to our decision to pave. I must tell you that we have no connection (professional or otherwise) with anyone associated with our eventual choice of contractors. After months of self education on paving we decided on a more expensive albeit a more permanent solution to our problem, concrete. Our search lead us contractors as far away as Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. Confusion ensued so we decided to just stay home (Bell County). Our selection of SBF proved to be even better than we could have imagined. Scott Farr met us in our driveway one morning and took some measurements. He answered all our questions, and that same afternoon he gave us an acceptable quote along with start/completion dates. His team of five hard working men attacked our project as if it were their own! They were truly a professional team. I am very happy to provide this review.
