When I first bought my house, the approach of the driveway was very slanted. You had to come in at an angle just to get into the driveway no matter what you drove.
I contacted SBF through their website on Dec 16th. That Monday Dec 19th Cassandra reached out to me about scheduling a time for them to swing by to give an estimate. They had the quote to me by Wednesday 21st. I agreed to the work. They were able to start first thing Monday Dec 26th and had it all done by Dec 28th Wednesday. We had the approach and the sidewalks redone since they were too high and also extended the side of the driveway by another 36inches.
Scott and his crew were polite, worked very quickly and efficiently. During this time if I had any concerns or questions Scott was very quick about answering me back. I was thinking it was going to take time to get back with me since their was bad weather that weekend and its was during the holidays. In the future if I need any other work done they will be the ones I go to.

Prompt, professional, and competitive pricing! Work completed was a residential chip seal driveway. Chad and his crew were prompt, respectful of property and a great group of guys to work with. Highly recommend.

Professional, Quick, Good work

I could not be more happy with this company! I needed approximately 0.21 miles of driveway re-paved. From the moment I placed the first phone call, and the owner himself answers the phone, it was the most professional process of over six paving companies I contacted. He spent time really inspecting the drive and gave me a bid with several options before leaving my property (none of the other contractors were anything close to that efficiency). I have worked with a lot of contractors over the past 35 years and SBF is top shelf. The crew was excellent and paid attention to detail-no shortcuts. The result is excellent and they left my property clean without a mess. I wish there were more contractors like this company. I felt taken care of and that the owner is an honest man who does superb work and takes it seriously. I do not normally do reviews but I am so pleased that I wanted to do a review and support good, honest, professional work.

Scott and his team were great. They were very responsive and made sure all of our questions were addressed. Our driveway had major issues due to drainage, or the lack there of. They knew what was needed to resolve it and now the rain is a no problem. Our driveway looks amazing and its so nice having a smooth drive up to our home!

SBF Construction really went above and beyond. We got our driveway done and when I say it brings value to our home I really mean it. I know usually with construction companies they take forever but when the guys came to do the driveway they were fast, efficient, and polite! Since we basically made our own driveway(constantly parking in the same spot on the grass) it’s made pulling up to our house smoother and we don’t have to worry about grass dying anymore. I also didn’t even know they finished until I went to check on the progress and saw that they left. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I built our home in Salado Texas over 20 years ago. At that time we decided to have our builder install a crushed granite driveway leading from the road directly to the garage with a semi circular driveway in front. Our lot has a gentle slope from west to east resulting in significant amounts of our driveway washing into our east lot. This is what led to our decision to pave. I must tell you that we have no connection (professional or otherwise) with anyone associated with our eventual choice of contractors. After months of self education on paving we decided on a more expensive albeit a more permanent solution to our problem, concrete. Our search lead us contractors as far away as Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. Confusion ensued so we decided to just stay home (Bell County). Our selection of SBF proved to be even better than we could have imagined. Scott Farr met us in our driveway one morning and took some measurements. He answered all our questions, and that same afternoon he gave us an acceptable quote along with start/completion dates. His team of five hard working men attacked our project as if it were their own! They were truly a professional team. I am very happy to provide this review. It is without reservation or hesitation that I would highly recommend SBF for your paving project!
